This may not be an unreasonable expectation for some people but for many, the changes to the way we communicate, how we interact, new HR policies, agile working and health & safety requirements are intimidating and hard to navigate.

At Reset Hub, we have designed a range of high-impact People Skills programs that can be delivered virtually and adapted to your context.

All our People Skills programs can be customised to ensure the content is relevant to every participant. We encourage a modular approach to delivery – giving the group opportunities to apply new learning between modules. Manager support will be provided to assist with the application of learning. Preparation and post-learning reflection are required.

Courageous Conversations

To progress our careers and be a valued team member, it’s necessary to have a point of view and know how and when to share it. In this workshop, you learn how to: manage stressful relationships, build trust, be open and honest, have responsible conversations and avoid unhealthy conflict.

Communicate With Influence

There’s little point in having a point of view or an idea, if you are unable to influence how people think, feel or behave. In this workshop, you discover ways to: manage assumptions, adapt to your audience, play to your strengths, frame your messages, ask great questions and actively listen.

Strength Train (with a difference)

Do you ever find your job is increasingly full of tasks that you dislike and drain you? Learn how to uncover your strengths using a robust and insightful tool. Identify simple ways to optimise your strengths and reframe your priorities and workload.

Present With Impact

Expectations have changed – we are all required to present ideas, deliver information or provide progress updates but many of us actively dislike being in the spotlight or have a fear of public speaking. This program gives you a safe place to practice framing your message, engage your audience and respond to tricky questions. We also discuss how to adapt in a virtual or face-to-face setting.

Constructive Conflict

Innovation and creative thinking requires critical thinking and challenging ideas. For some this can be deeply uncomfortable and trigger stress. Learn effective techniques to manage your stress responses and keep the conversation constructive.

Navigate Through Change

It’s inevitable that our future will be filled with change that is out of our control. Here we discover our default reactions to change, how to be emotionally agile, how to use your strengths and set boundaries for yourself and others.

Be An Impact Player

High performance is much more than ticking off a few KPI’s, we must have impact, inspire ideas in others, be prepared to adapt and work cohesively in a team. For many of us, this requires a whole new way of thinking and working so in this workshop, you learn a simple framework that will set you up for success.
