Workshops & Webinars

Give your employees access to Reset Hub’s interactive workshops and webinars. Select from our engaging topics or talk to us about customising a workshop that aligns to your wellbeing calendar of events.

As our working landscape changes, conversations about health and wellbeing are evolving and require expert facilitators to navigate these complex topics. Our Reset Hub workshops provide members with a chance to self-reflect, converse with others and make commitments to action.

Workshops are held as an open-forum classroom for a minimum of 2-hours. The workshops are facilitated conversations with engaging and relevant exercises to enhance the learning. Maximum of 20 people.

Webinars are held as 1-hour virtual conversations and activities. Maximum of 50 people.
