Dan has over 25 years of business, coaching and leadership experience in large media companies and is now the co-founder of the Reset Hub.

He was an integral part of the senior leadership team that launched NOVA Entertainment and, having effectively executed an ambitious strategy, grew Nova 969 Sydney to #1 in just 2 years.

Dan’s 11 years at Foxtel gave him the opportunity to head up large channel portfolios as well as oversee their strategic direction, operations and budgets.

Dan lives a life that is aligned to his purpose; he finds contentment and wellbeing through daily practice and making healthy choices. He inspires and motivates others with his authentic style and interest in human behaviour. Dan is one of those rare people who genuinely leads by example.

Dan is also co-founder and COO at Aqui Media Australia, which owns and operates the global jazz platform “Oh! Jazz”.

Siobhan (Shabba) is the co-founder of The Reset Hub and Founding Director of Interclan Pty Ltd. She is on a mission to revitalise the experience of work and life by delivering ground-breaking development programs.

Siobhan is a highly respected facilitator, coach and trusted advisor to executives around the world. She has over 20 years of international Learning & Development experience as a consultant and senior L&D professional.  As Head of Leadership & Learning at Foxtel and ING Australia, Siobhan led large cultural transformation and talent development initiatives. To stay connected to her purpose, Siobhan currently hosts a large Organisational Development Forum and is a keen writer and podcaster.
